PropFit Referral Program Policy

1. Eligibility

1. The Program is open to all current paying PropFit subscribers with an active account in good standing.
2. Referees (the “friend” being referred) must be new customers who have not previously registered for or subscribed to PropFit.
3. Employees, contractors, and agents of PropFit and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

2. Referral Rewards

1. When a valid referral is made and the referee subscribes to a paid PropFit plan, both the referrer and the referee will each receive 50% off their PropFit subscription fees for a period of three (3) months.
2. The referee’s discount is applied automatically at checkout and will remain in effect for the first three (3) billing cycles.
3. The referrer’s discount will be applied to their next three (3) billing cycles following confirmation of the referee’s paid subscription.
4. Discounts cannot be redeemed for cash, credit, or any alternative benefit.

3. Referral Submission Process

1. Referrals must be submitted through the official PropFit referral form available at https://www.prop.fit/referral.
2. A referral will automatically be considered valid if the referee signs up using the same email address submitted on the referral form. If the referee uses a different email address, the referrer may provide reasonable evidence of the referral, and the PropFit team may manually verify and process the referral at its discretion.
3. Only one referral may be credited per referee. If multiple referrers submit the same referee, credit will be given to the first referrer whose form submission is timestamped by PropFit.

4. Limitations

1. Self-referrals are strictly prohibited and will not be honoured.
2. PropFit reserves the right to disqualify referrals where fraudulent, duplicate, or abusive activity is suspected.
3. The Program cannot be combined with any other promotional offers, credits, or discounts, unless otherwise approved by PropFit in writing.
4. There is no maximum number of referrals a referrer may make. Where multiple successful referrals are made, discounts will be applied consecutively. Each three (3) month discount period will begin immediately after any existing referral discount period has expired. For example, if three successful referrals are made, the referrer will receive a total of nine (9) months of discounted subscription, applied in three consecutive periods. The maximum cumulative discount period for any referrer is twelve (12) months.

5. Administration of Discounts

1. Discounts will be manually applied to billing accounts once eligibility is confirmed.
2. If a referee cancels their subscription before completing three (3) months of paid use, any remaining discount for the referrer may be revoked at PropFit’s discretion.
3. PropFit reserves the right to verify the identity of referrers and referees and to delay or withhold discounts until verification is complete.

6. Modification and Termination

1. PropFit may suspend, modify, or terminate the Program, or revise these Terms, at any time without prior notice.
2. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the PropFit website. Continued participation in the Program after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

7. Liability

1. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PropFit shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising out of or in connection with participation in the Program.
2. Discounts are offered “as is” and without any warranties, whether express or implied.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Queensland, Australia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
